The main intention of this journey is to activate you to Know Thyself beyond the personality, identity and spiritual ego, and awaken you to your true self.

Know Thyself Group Journey
We meet as a small group of 3 to 4 participants, every fortnight for 2 hours on zoom.
Transformative space to be seen and heard wherever you are on your life journey
During this time, you will have the space to express your innermost frustrations and/or needs and desires. Sometimes, the power of being witnessed and speaking out loud what is craving to be heard, can by itself be transformative.
Receive activations that are potent for your growth in this red-hot minute through intuitively led transmissions. We begin with a journey to meet your Future Self.
Elements of what is shared will set the focus for the sessions healing and empowering activations. I will then lead the group through a powerful meditation activation.
Explore and discover intuitive sharing and teachings from me that unfold for the group. In other words, there is no script or curriculum – everything unfolds intuitively specifically for the group.
The energy of this container will be transformative. It is best for those who are serious about reclaiming their liberation.
To Know Thyself
Is to release all previous understanding, conditioning, beliefs and blocks about who you are as a woman. It is coming into a new experience of your Creative self, sovereign and divine.
To meet yourself anew through a lens of self-love and divine expression
Is to come into a new relationship with divine feminine qualities that have been repressed or made less than; your intuition, feelings, inclusivity, creativity, sensuality, sexuality, spontaneity, etc.
Is to come into a new relationship with the masculine; uncovering the toxic masculine still operating from within you and to feel into a new dynamic, force of nature here to take action as divine masculine
To seek the union, rather than a balance, of the divine feminine and divine masculine within so that all your action is in alignment with your highest trajectory
Is to shed the veils, disengage from the narratives and allow the natural rhythm of your creative feminine wisdom to become your guidance system.
Is to tune your frequency to your original authentic divine blueprint and express this authentic radiance always.
Is to reclaim your inner child and know that she holds the key to meeting your Authentic self.

Structure of Sessions
A sacred container will be weaved and co-created calling in the great ancient ones who have walked this path and are here to champion us as our most committed cheerleaders. The over-lighting mentors for these sessions will be Mary Magdalene, Quan Yin and Mother Mary.
The energy of this container will be transformative. It is best for those who are serious about reclaiming their liberation.

To ensure you receive as much individual guidance and support, we will only have a max of 4 participants. You receive individual support within a group,
We will have three sessions, 2hrs per session. These sessions are intuitively facilitated.

We will meet fortnightly where you will receive personal guidance in the two hours that we meet
The curriculum will be based on an intuitive unfolding and intention.
In each session, we will explore a new practice to support your journey. These practices will be relevant and specific to the group's personal journey.
Each session will build on the next. It is best that you attend all 3 sessions live.

It is such an honour for me to share with you the sacred medicine from my journey and my loving guidance for your expansion and empowerment on your path to awaken the Divine Feminine within.
The journey of Knowing Thyself is the journey of our authentic self being expressed through one self-transformational journey at a time. No glorious goal to achieve here, only a daily revolutionary choice to always be Authentic on this journey.
